The number one thing is top quality photos, we take time to get these just right, next we create incredible listings on all the major online travel agencies (OTA’s) to make your guests want to book your space.  By leveraging all the major OTA’s such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda, we ensure your holiday home or home share gets the best possible exposure to guests.   We also build a bespoke website for your property, enabling guests to enquire and book with us directly.

We are geared up to provide a first-class hotel quality service to your guests, this includes providing fresh hotel quality linen and towels for every guest, a bathroom essentials pack including shampoo, body wash and conditioner and individually wrapped teas and coffee provide your guests with a memorable experience.  Our customer support team is also available around the clock to promptly answer any guest queries.

Caring for your Investment

Our team will be visiting your holiday home regularly, this means we can keep a close eye on the condition of the home, make sure those little maintenance jobs always get done and generally check that it’s always in tip-top shape.  We obtain government issued ID for every booking and at the end of every clean, our cleaning team record a video of the whole house, so we always know who’s in the home and the condition it was in when they arrived.
